CodeDecoders is an engineering studio headquartered at Central by Sangath IPL, 315, 4D Rd, Motera, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380005, India. For any privacy-related questions you can reach us at info@codedecoders.io.

We only collect what we actually need:

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Technical information. Our server logs record your IP address, browser user-agent, and the timestamp of each request. We use this to rate-limit the contact form, debug issues, and detect abuse.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These do not identify individual visitors and do not set tracking cookies.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or social-media pixels on this site.

• To reply to inquiries you send through the contact form or by email.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and automated attacks against the contact endpoint.
• To understand which pages are useful and which need work.
• To meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations.

We never sell or rent personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions to add anyone to a marketing list.

To run this site we rely on a small number of vendors who process data on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — site hosting, edge network, and aggregated analytics. Server logs and analytics events are processed by Vercel.
• Resend — transactional email delivery. Contact form submissions are transmitted via Resend to our inbox.

Each provider has its own privacy practices and standard data-processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

• Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to handle the conversation and the resulting client engagement, after which they are deleted on request.
• Rate-limiting IP records are held in memory only and cleared within a minute of each request.
• Server logs are kept by Vercel for a limited operational window (typically 30 days) and aggregated thereafter.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and equivalent regulations such as the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Withdraw consent for any processing you previously agreed to.
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.

This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used by the hosting platform to keep the site functioning; these do not identify you.

This site is intended for adult audiences (typically founders, operators, and engineering teams). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, contact info@codedecoders.io and we will delete it.

Communication with this site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Internal access to inquiries is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure — we will notify affected individuals if a personal-data breach occurs.

Our service providers may store data in countries other than India (typically the United States or the European Union). Each provider operates under contractual data protection commitments appropriate to the jurisdictions involved.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. When we do, we'll update the “Effective” date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or by email if you've previously contacted us.
